Shipping Information: All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted. If your order consists of more than 1 item it may ship from different warehouses.

All items are carefully examined for any imperfections pror to packaging and sending. All items are cleaned and well packaged to avoid damage during shipment. All shipments will be sent with signature delivery and insurance. No orders will be shipped without a required signature.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All items may be returned for a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Damaged items will be issued a return label and exchanged free of charge. A full refund is granted only if the product(s) is received with an RMA number which can be obtained by requesting a return via e-mail to support@onyoureyes.com. Any items returned are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. The refund will be granted once the product(s) is received and inspected, this process may take up to 1-2 weeks. You will be notified via e-mail once the return has been completed and your funds have been refunded.
